How do I protect the printed suede on my Kelly Wynne bag?

We suggest spraying the printed suede bags with a type of suede protector. Always spot test on an inconspicuous area of your bag. For those bags with smooth leather as well as printed suede, be diligent in covering the smooth leather completely before spraying with suede protector. Lightly spray the printed suede area. It is possible the spray could accidentally land on the bag’s hardware. If so, wipe off with dry towel immediately. Wait a few hours for the protector to dry and spray lightly again.

What is the best way to clean a Kelly Wynne bag?

For the soft leather, we suggest using a mild leather conditioner that is specifically designed to be used on handbags. Use a small sponge and rub the cream on the dirty area of the leather. There are many leather cleaner and conditioners that are combined into one product that will enhance the life of your natural unfinished leather handbag. For the printed suede leather, we suggest protecting the suede of the new bag as suede is very difficult to clean.

What do I do about my jeans dying the leather on my bag?

This is common problem for all types of leather whether it is dye transfer from your jeans to your car seats or from your leather dress to your handbag. This is very frustrating. There are products on the market today that may help with setting the dye in jeans and other colored clothing. We have not found home remedies to work as well as an actual product specifically designed to retain the coloring of your clothing. Any of these products will need to be used prior to the first wash of your new jeans or clothing in order to set the color.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
Merchandise must be returned unused with its original hangtag & dustbag.
Merchandise returned without the hangtag or dustbag will not receive the full refund.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the order was processed incorrectly or was damaged/defective upon receipt in which case we will gladly replace the item or refund the full amount of the invoice as well as S&H fees.
Final sale items are not returnable.
